6/19/09 3 of the pups eyes are open....the littlest girl (the pied girl) is still holding out  but her eyes will be open, as well, in the next few days. 

6/14/09 Marley & Isabella were shown at the Echo Hills KC show in Troy, OH. Marley got 1st place in her puppy class and Isabella took 1st place and Winner's Bitch. Both will be shown again on June  25 & 26.

6/7/09- 4 healthy pups born today! 

5/27/09 Felt the babies move last night!!!! Only 2 more weeks til they make their debut! 

5/6/09- Luna is confirmed in whelp! Pups are expected around June 11th!!!! 

5/1/09- only 1 more week until we find out if we have babies! Those that are on the waiting list for puppies, please be ready to send your deposits next week if we get good news!! 

4/14/09- have been supplementing Luna with folic acid & cottage cheese in the hopes that she is growing babies . She's been a bit more 'bitchy' than is normal for her, so I am hopeful! 

4/9/09- Luna has been bred and if she is pregnant, will be due on June 11th!! 

4/5/09- At the DKC Match, Isabella took a BOB & Group 3 and Marley took a BOB & Group 2!! Both showed very well and we had a really fun time.

4/4/09 Luna IS in heat and the breeding will take place this coming week. I will take deposits once the pregnancy is confirmed. Isabella and Marley are both being shown at the DKC match tomorrow.

3/15/09 We added a new member to our family....Marley comes to us from Cedardrive Bullmastiffs in Indiana. Pictures will be posted soon on our "other pets" page.

3/14/09 Luna is doing well and due to come into heat anytime. She is getting her folic acid twice daily in preparation for the pregnancy. I will be showing Isabella at the Milford UKC shows next Sunday. Luna will not be showing until the fall due to the upcoming breeding. Mommy dogs need rest and not stress to grow healthy puppies! More shows can come later! You can find videos of the dogs on Youtube...just search the user ID "WorkingK9". 

1/10 & 1/11/09- At the Queen City Sieger, Luna was awarded 3 V-1 certificates making her a new INTERNATIONAL CHAMPION!!! Her Judge's critiques are listed on her page. I'm very proud of Luna! She starts obedience classes on 1/13/09 and I look forward to putting some obedience titles in her now.

11/30/08- Isabella took RWB & WB at the Wapakoneta UKC shows. She now has 70 points (and one major) towards her UKC Championship.

--At the same show, Luna took 2 Best of Breeds from the Champion class

11/29/08- FAJITA TURNS 13!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY JITA!!!

*Luna was in heat in October and is due to be back in heat in April, at which time she will be bred to Angel (more info is available on our puppies page).

*10/26/08 Isabella took 2nd at Delaware OH KC

*10/12/08 Isabella took 1st & RWB at Mad River Valley KC

*10/11/08 Isabella took 1st & RWB at Licking River KC

*10/10/08- Isabella took WB & Best Puppy at Mad River Valley KC show (1 point-AKC)

*9/7/08- Isabella took 1st, WB,  & BOS at the Clermont Co KC show (1 point- AKC) 

*9/6/08- Isabella took 1st & RWB at Clermont Co KC show (AKC). 

*July 13 & 14, 2008 We took the whole crew to the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, KY for the IABCA Summer Sieger shows. Vito was awarded his International Championship with 3 V-1 ratings and 3 Group placements. Luna did even better-- she was awarded her National & International Puppy Championships, got 4 Group 1's and a Reserve Best in Show!!! Isabella made her show debut and knocked them out! She, too, was awarded her National & International Championships and had 4 Group placements (including a Group 1) in a very tough Toy Group. It was a GREAT weekend for GatorGrip! 

*6/26/08 Luna & Isabella were shown at the Warren Co KC puppy match-- Luna got Best of Breed and a Terrier Group 3; Isabella also took a Best of Breed and a Toy Group 4. 

*6/23/08 Luna & Vito are going to the International Shows in Lexington, KY July 11th & 12th. We hope to bring home some nice critiques! 

*Luna's L2HGA results came back as clear/negative! YAY! 

*April 18th & 19th-- Luna made her UKC debut at the Wapakoneta, OH shows, as well as my son, Jaxon making his debut in UKC Junior Showmanship. They both did VERY well! In 4 shows, Luna got 4 Best of Breeds, two Group 3's and a Group 4 and completed her UKC CHAMPIONSHIP just shy of 9 months old!! Jaxon, meanwhile, was awarded Best PeeWee Junior Handler in Show......great weekend!

*On April 6th, 2008, Luna took a Senior Puppy Best of Breed and Group 1 at the DKC puppy match!! Vito took an Adult Best of Breed and Group 2 at the same match. They both showed very well and we had a really fun day! 

*I've sent Luna's L2HGA sample to The University of Missouri be tested last week and she is entered in the April 18 & 19, 2008 UKC shows in Wapakoneta, OH. My son, Jaxon, will be making his Junior Showmanship debut with Vito on April 18th. Should be lots of fun! Hope to see you there! 

*3/24/08 Vito got his OFA results back! His Hips are OFA GOOD and his elbows are OFA Normal! He also has his eyes CERFed, is L2HGA/HC clear and is AKC DNA profiled.

*2/9 & 2/10/08 Vito & Luna had a GREAT weekend at the SBTCA supported entry at the Indy Winter Classic. There were many very nice Staffords there and competition was fierce. Vito took 1st place in Novice Dogs and Luna took 2nd place in Puppy Bitches both days. The best part of the weekend was meeting several other Stafford enthusiasts. I look forward to more shows with these 2!
