"Tonka"
January 7th, 1997- ???

Tonka was my first Staffordshire Bull Terrier. We learned so much together. Unfortunately, my Tonka was stolen on November 14th, 2001. He is pictured here with my son, Gavin. I will always miss my baby boy, Tonka. NEVER LEAVE YOUR STAFFORD UNATTENDED.

Tonka was the perfect Stafford-- he was the Ultimate Nanny Dog! He may look tough, but he was a total softie.

Gavin learned to sit up by pulling himself up by Tonka's skin-- Tonka would just grin and bare it :-)

Asta fought a great battle against cancer and we helped her to the bridge 2 days after Christmas 2007. She was more than a pet to me, she was my strength- her quiet presence allowed me to fulfill my dream of going back to college and getting back in the workforce. She was featured in many publications including the July 13th, 2006 issue of People Magazine, and numerous mental health/psychiatric health journals. Words cannot describe the void that her loss has left.
"Piggy"
May 18, 1989- November 29, 1997
Piggy was my very first Rottweiler. She was a little spitfire-- a very small Rottweiler, only about 22" tall and 78 pounds, but she was the hardest, sharpest bitch I've ever known. She was a granddaughter of Int Ch Dingo Vom Schwaiger Wappen, SchH III, and it showed! She was a fantastic dog, I had a lot of fun (if not a lot of success
) showing her and learning all about the sport of dog shows. She was a fantastic pet and also loved doing therapy work.
